As the CEO, Tina Cisco Ognall is a key stake holder at Gordian Dynamics with focus on business management, operations, project management, and customer success. Tina has been in various sales and general management roles over the last 25 years and the key to her success has been a laser focus on customer satisfaction and delivering on our values. At Gordian, Tina strives to keep a high standard of service delivery by ensuring the structure of the company allows our employees to deliver successful engagements to our customers every time.
Tina’s entire career has been in the IT industry from manufacturing, professional services to cloud based solutions. Tina is a passionate leader with a demonstrable track record of running a tight-knit Customer Success team and to assist in strategic business functions. Tina also holds her Scrum Master Certification and actively runs many complex IT projects.
Before joining Gordian Dynamics, Tina served as both the Sales Director and Customer Success Manager at EPM Live, a cloud based project management solution, as well as a history of successful engagements at ENTEX/Siemens. Tina’s strong communication skills across all disciplines enabled her to achieve substantial growth in lead generation as well as exceeding aggressive customer retention goals.
In her spare time, Tina loves to spend time with her family, and enjoy time on the water in and around Dana Point. Tina has also served as PTA President for both elementary and middle schools when her boys were growing up and in their multitude of sports.
